night minimum stay is not required, but a $20 surcharge will be applied to single-
night weekend stays during peak (summer) season.
A three-night minimum stay is required for holiday weekends. Holiday rates
for 2008 are charged on May 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th (Memorial Day
Weekend), July 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th (Independence Day Holiday), August 29th,
30th, 31st, and September 1st (Labor Day weekend).
Room reservations are guaranteed when we charge your Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express the first night's room rate. A cashier’s check or
money order may also guarantee a reservation and must be received ten days
prior to check-in. Rates are per room per night for double occupancy (a charge of
$15.00 per additional person will apply) and do not include 6% Michigan Sales
Tax and 2% Area Hotel Tax.
Discounts may apply to stays of four days or longer, or multiple room bookings.

Group bookings are welcome, and subject to availability. A reservation of three
or more rooms may require an extended cancellation period.
Gift Certificates are available.
Cancellations made more than ten days prior to your reservation are subject to
a $20 cancellation fee per room. Parties who cancel less than 10 days in advance
will forfeit the cost of the first night reserved, which will be charged to your credit
card or withheld from your deposit. No refunds after check-in.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Smoking is not permitted in rooms. For your convenience, sand pails are
located outside for cigarette butts.
House phone is available for local calls and emergencies only. If you need to
stay connected to the world outside of Saugatuck/Douglas, please bring your
mobile phone.
Pets cannot be accommodated at this time.
